How to add a pattern / object to a shape

Step 1: Draw the object using Pen Tool.

Step 2: Select the object and drag and drop it to the swatches panel.

Step 3: Now draw and Select your shape that you wanted to fill the pattern

Step 4: Afterthat Select your shape and click on your swatch which you created.
